So I'm all packed and ready to go. Miles is "napping" in the other room. He knows I'm going to India, but I'm not sure he knows what that really means. He does say he will miss me.
There's nothing left for me to do but sit here.
I'm going to do my best to keep this updated for my travels. I'm not sure how much access I will have to internet outside my office (you all know how that tortures me) I plan on taking tons of pictures and to try to find all kinds of trinkets to bring back for people. My first shopping quest will be for saris and a new belt for me. Gotta have a place to start. :)
I leave tonight at 6:15pm EST and arrive in Hyderabad at 2:55am IST on Friday morning! Talk about a time warp. I will be getting a nice business class flight thru Dubai, UAE so that should make it a bit less painful. I'll be sure to take pictures of that as well. I will be back around 7:30pm on June 8th.
I will miss everyone, and please check in with me, I will be homesick I'm sure.

Dont drink the tap water
Yeah dude, be careful about that water. Nearly everyone I know (even the Indian friends) has some story about eating lettuce leafs that were washed in the bad water and ending up on a toilet for days (gross, I know, sorry). Business class international is tight! Enjoy THAT ride for sure. Paul
